Custom Work & Trades

Custom pieces, made easier.

Firstly, if you see an item on our shop that is out of stock and really like, give us an email to discuss how we can make a similar one for you.

Secondly, whether you are furnishing your own home, sourcing for a client project, styling a retail space, or working on a hospitality, office, or builder project, we make the process simple, approachable, and collaborative from the start.

You do not need to arrive with everything figured out.

Bring us an idea, a room, a size, a colour palette, an inspiration photo, a material direction, or even just a problem you are trying to solve — and we will help guide the next step.

At Taddei Studios, we believe a space should feel as distinctive as the people who live, work, gather, and stay in it. Too often, interiors become overly safe — beige, predictable, and filled with pieces that quietly disappear into the background. Our work is created for spaces that deserve something more memorable.

We design and build, lighting, custom lamp shades, benches, accent chairs, accent tables,

coffee tables, and home accessories and decor.

How We Can Help

We work with homeowners, interior designers, decorators, architects, builders,

real estate professionals, retailers, offices, and hospitality clients to create pieces

that feel personal to the space and the people using it.

Custom work may include:

  • A made-to-order version of something you have seen in our shop
  • A custom size, finish, fabric, hide, or colour direction
  • A furniture piece designed around a specific room or need
  • A unique lamp or lamp shade combination
  • A statement piece for a home, office, retail, or hospitality space
  • A practical furnishing solution when standard pieces are not quite right

Whether you are looking for one special piece or exploring a larger project, the starting point is the same: send us what you have, and we will help from there.

We Also Offer Trade Support

For designers, architects, and builders, we offer additional support to help make sourcing and specifying our work easier.

This may include assistance with material selections, finish options, dimensions, project suitability, timelines, and custom details that help you present or plan the piece with confidence.

Our goal is to be a helpful creative resource — not an added complication.

Approved trade partners receive access to exclusive pricing across our work.

We also offer volume considerations for larger or repeat projects, support with finish and material selections, and custom options tailored to the needs of each project.

Whether you need one distinctive piece for a project or are exploring something more custom for a client, we are happy to work alongside you in a way that feels clear, flexible, and easy.

How It Works

1. Start with a message

Email us with your idea, question, project, or space. It does not need to be perfectly

prepared. Then we'll contact you back.

2. Share what you have

Photos, measurements, inspiration images, room details, fabric ideas, hide preferences,

wood tones, or general style direction are all helpful — but not required to begin.

3. We guide the next step

We will let you know what is possible, what information we need, and whether the piece can be customized, reproduced, adapted, or designed from scratch.

4. We clarify the details

Before moving forward, we will discuss pricing, timelines, materials, finishes, and

any important project details.

5. We create your piece

Once everything is confirmed, your piece is thoughtfully designed, crafted, finished,

and prepared for pickup, delivery, or shipping where available.

You Do Not Need to Know Exactly What You Want

Many custom pieces begin with a simple starting point: a room that feels unfinished,

a size that is hard to find, a sold piece you loved, a favourite material, or a

general feeling you want the space to have.

That is enough.

We can help shape the idea into something practical, beautiful, and truly suited to the space.

Custom does not need to feel complicated. It starts with a conversation.
